Make 2 cups homemade macadamia nut milk
Place ½ cup of raw macadamia nuts in a high-powered blender like a Vitamix. Add 2 cups of filtered water and blend on the highest speed for one minute or until very smooth.
Line a colander with a thin, tight-weave cotton tea towel or large men's handkerchief and set it over a bowl.
Pour the macadamia nut milk into the cloth, bundle up the sides, wring, and squeeze until all the milk is extracted. Discard the nut pulp or use it in baked goods.
